In October 2016, Governor Rick Snyder proclaimed October as Michigan College Month.
All high school seniors will be participating in events and activities during the month of October to support the goal of Michigan College Month. These events include but are not limited to 

• Admissions presentations and on-sites
• FAFSA workshop (financial aid reps will be available on October 18th to parents and students with the FAFSA application from 5:30-7:30)
• Senior Only College Scavenger Hunt (October 18th during advisory)
• College Application Week (October 23-27th)
• College Decision Day (October 28th at Renaissance High School)
